Do you think you could make 1 thread for all your training needs instead of making a new one every half hour, or every 2 weeks. Both apply.

You are stuck with the stats you have now. Reallocation is over completely, all you can do is change your goals.

No i'm not , i'm on the editing screen right now, do you think i'd post this if i wasnt?

Well, the following stats are optimized for training to level 100:
CO 47
DE 23
DI 70
LO 87
IT 21
ST 91
AG 86
IF 70
WI 85
AU 80
Thats to level one hundred, meaning your stats at lvl 33 may not be very good. TPs generated by lvl 33 is 802. However, the stats are not exactly the best in the world (Ie, low DEX etc)
CO 66
DE 35
DI 24
LO 95
IT 68
ST 90
AG 21
IN 94
WI 70
AU 97
Is your optimised stats for lvl 33, which will generate 783 total tps. Still though the stats aren't what I'd call workable, so I'd move for something inbetween the two, with a few tweaks for playability. Here's what I'd work from lvl 0:
CO 45 (58)
DE 60 (76)
DI 70 (81)
LO 75 (86)
IT 50 (68)
ST 70 (76)
AG 75 (81)
IN 50 (65)
WI 80 (88)
AU 85 (98)
The numbers in brackets are what your stats will be at lvl 33. Oh, and the total TPs generated by the above, by lvl 33 will be 777.

Bah, he can't, as he failed utterly to become a MOD, remember.

Tayre, get off John's back, okay? He can post as often as he likes to request help. If you do not want to read the threads, skip them. If the topic mod finds a problem with a poster, or if any of the other mods do, we will handle it. :)

I politely chose not to respond to HarmNone, because I don't dislike her enough to argue with her, yet.

Those numbers look very viable, do you have anything specific you are questioning?

Why would you be a giantman wizard and not use a weapon? Your bolt will always be lower and you're not putting your big asset (aside for HP) strength to use.

I'm not saying that in order to be a giant you need to use weapons I'm just curious of the race choice as a wizard. RP wasn't anything I knew about when I started GS I picked giant and wizard because being physically strong and having alot of spells sounded fun. Later I picked it up.
And Grot'karesh do rule, especially the Ishan.

Seems like over half of the reason wizards get the earth lore is for the strength increase. If you are gonna be happy with your strength as it is, being a giant and all, then I would trash your earth lore and use the extra points to gain some extra spells or a different lore. I notice your strength is a bit low, but it's probably gonna grow pretty quickly for you.

I chose giantman wizard cause i can sign wracking and still hunt with about 10 elemental AS drop that much longer, and my defense drops maybe 10points. So i have more mana to work with and not much worry about getting pounded. i can drop my spirit to 4 and see no more then that 10 point diff on defense. I did use a weapon up till lvl 20 when gs 4 hit. I honostly would rather use a weapon, and i did recently hear that, that is what you do from reyek. But havent decided if i want to adjust that.

My cleric uses a weapon and shield. But my wizard is a runestaffer. I would rather have a weapon and shield on my wizard as well but the loss of skills is way to much to justify the slight defense increase.

I don't agree with that statement at all. I don't feel that there is a loss in skills when picking up weapons. You might drop from 2 to 1x in MIU and scroll but that's about it big deal.

Well when you train for enchanting rather then combat it is a big deal. If i was to train as a war mage and lose my ability to enchant right now. then 1x MIU and Arcane would be ok. but with my current training being focused on enchanting it is a big deal.

My Wizard is still trained in sword/shield, and Enchants just fine. Of course I don't swing anymore, mine just bolts. Maybe tonight when I have more time I'll post stats/skills.

What lvl? how high can you enchant? Currently my wizard is 42 and can do 7x with no issue.
Stunseed
03-02-2004, 02:00 PM
Mine's 33 and is finished with all the spell circles. From now on, I'll prolly 1x Minor and Wizard til Wizard hits 50, then work Major/Minor. Of course, my last 3 trains, two of them I was able to quadruple in spells. Heh.
At 33 trains,
Minor 33
Major 20
Wizard 33

but how high can you enchant? tell me tell me tell me!....
ok i sound like my son
