[Teras Isle, Washed-out Road]
A road once meandered along the river. Unfortunately the river has done some meandering of its own, with the result that not much is left of the road. Here and there bits of the road remain, but the rest is little more than a flat sandy expanse beside the river, fine for walking, but useless for wagons and other civilized traffic. You also see a floating stormy grey eye that appears stunned and a shallow ford.

Just how was my eye stunned? Well given it passed by someone ( name withheld ) who was wearing a ridiculously altered cloak.. but what the??

I didn't! I wasn't blinking.. I merely typed that in the initial post because I was clueless how my eye got stunned.

Im guessing someone casted an open void. It stuns familiars, it may stun illusion based eyes as well.

Casted isn't a word, I doubt anyone would cast an open void in Teras, and eyes are not an illusion.

Eyes are weird. They are considered an illusion in a number of ways, and not in others. For example, it cannot be attacked, dispelled or anything, though it still blinds the caster if it is not returned in time, cannot go through solid objects etc.

Sorry Bob.
The flying eye is, in reality, an illusion and therefore cannot be attacked, webbed, or affected by cloud spells. However, its movements are restricted to what it can see. It cannot go through closed doors, or other areas where vision is limited.

He's going to use a technicality defense.
