returning player question...

i just returned to the game for a bit. when i reactivated i saw a list of my characters. i activated one for a regular membership then decided i want to activate another. I bought a second character slot but now i want to activate one of my old characters. i cant seem to find where to do that on the website?

As for calling support number...a) its the weekend and im impatient b) i moved to germany so calling the us is expensive.

any suggestions? you would think there would be a link somewhere to reactivate like when i reactivated my account and was able to select the chars i wanted to reactivate.

PS - does anyone remember if i upgrade to premium on an account that used to be premium and has several characters on it, if i can immediately activate the characters online or do i have to call tech support?

lame. they should make the process for returning players easier, would be in their best interest.
