About what training should one try the Temple

Been hunting Plane 5 in the rift and it is fairly easy. I have hunted the Bowels for sometime but the cheap deaths in there do get annoying. Followed by the decay. SO I was wondering when would be a good time to try the Temple on Teras.. hell if I am going to die.... why not try the Temple.

You'll need to get about 45 swimming ranks. But you probably won't decay there so just stock up on deeds

I have 60 ranks and can make the swim. More will be nice at some other time.

Right now i am peering into the rooms and if those nasty undead i move away.

It is just nice to be back on Teras.

Sentries? Can't he just hunt level 3? Or would the defenders fear take him to dinner then rohypnol rape him?

Defenders are lvl 98 and Sentries are lvl 103.

They can spawn +/- 5 lvls.

It's rare, but I've been feared by a grizzled, +5 spawn, sentry even at cap.

I started the temple around 87 or 88 I think. The defenders fear was really annoying, but if you try to avoid them it's really not too bad. What I did was highlight their names in red so I could easily see them, and then just run away immediately if one came in.

Also, I like to keep walls up 100% of the time and just do quick hunts. You get less loot, but it makes it much safer.

You get better loot hunting level 3 at that level yourself than you would at cap.
I love highlighting them in red too.

no, I keep the default yellow in stormfront. Things like rift voids, area webs, bodies, and assholes are all in red

So far so good. I got quite a few hunts in before I was feared and a was imploded by a Dissembler.
