What is DB? ie DB boots, DB pin, etc...

Defense Base. It adds directly to your DS. A 1x DB = 5 DS, etc.

They're old and not really made anymore so it's a rarity.

DB items are non-armor/non-shield items that add to your DS. Super rare, max 10x between all DB items you have.
