I will pay accordingly for the level/class of that character, and I will make sure I am not getting scammed and give a random ass person money that doesn't have the character.

I will prolly pay the going rate for a similar class/level and then another 50%

If I have dealt with you before or you know the people I regularly deal with you will find that I am good for it.

Not to be a downer, but do you remember this PC being active? If this is somebody's account-on-hold for the last 2 years, I think they're still a character datasheet (and probably inaccessible.)

I know when I reactivated, I had the opportunity to unlock characters I'd thought were permanently deleted for five years.

I do not remember if I have ever seen this character, I just want the name, I know it is doubtful. But if someone has seen it, then I am pretty sure I could convince the owner to sell.
