Landing, or Ice Mule?

Landing, and this script is for non-magic users.

Where does it skin the rat? I see where it sells the pelts and picks it up but it looks like it never skins it.

It doesn't. And it will train you the way Kranar trained. Heh.

Oh damn, you know why? Cause when I was level 10 my backpack couldn't hold all the pelts I was skinning so I just removed that section. I'll fix it though.

Your hunter still does not work Kranar. It looks, checks if I am standing, then nothing.

Be at the well, weapon in backpack, and sitting down. Then it works fine. Also be in the stance you want to hunt in. This is the standard starting position for that script. Trying to run it in any other starting position will cause it to just hang.

Right, lemme go try.

You mean there are more professions besides wizards? I don't believe it!

He makes them for himself and shares them. It's really easy to alter for any profession, just do the little work that it requires.

Silent Bob would be a Rogue.

Wow, that was ridiculously rude. I've never shared a hunting script in my life and don't plan to, you should be seriously grateful that Kranar is even showing the framework for excellent hunting scripts. I thought it was bad when people kept whining that it didn't work without actually looking for the problem, but this is much worse. Eesh.

Would someone please make me a really complex flawless script for AFK hunting and resting in Bonespear using a 62nd training brawling Sorcerer with 34 elemental ranks and 30 spirit ranks (62 sorcerer ranks obviously). Also, he's dark elven and uses a 0x shield.

Thanks.

[Town Well]
The old well is made of flat stones built up around a circular opening. A slate roof overhangs the opening, keeping the drinking water clear and refreshing. Several skin water buckets, with long ropes attached, are scattered on the hard-packed earth surrounding the well. You also see a black willow heavy crossbow bolt and a stout rope hanging over the rim of the well.
Also here: Glesur who is sitting, Domburr who is sitting, Betch who is sitting, Lykoth who is sitting, Tsoth who is sitting, Blackaura who is lying down
Obvious paths: south, northeast, northwest

Wonder who's scripting.......

Indeed, no one talk, no one does anything, just getting a weapon out, goes south, coming back after a while, weapon in, sitting, repeat

Suspicious indeed

Personally I don't do much but hunt like a fiend, with or without scripts, for the first 10 levels. I hardly talk, hardly interact unless someone sparks it first. And I think there are lots of people who do the same thing. So just because they're not talking (and probably not you either since you were just standing and watching people come and go) don't assume what they are doing. Not really nitpicking, I just don't like when people assume something right off the bat, especially at the wel of all places where most times people are quiet and just resting.

Your rat hunter works like a charm, Kranar. There were so many people at the well apparently using it also, that I had to modify it so I'd sit at a table instead.

Just a suggestion... since we can reallocate (those that begin, of course) I would suggest the following

Brawling as your main form of attack
2X first aid

Better exp in the field, 2Xing first aid gives WAY more cash... I get around 1500 each hunt in rats (currently 6 train) while scripting, of course.

Why do you get better exp for brawling?

open handed, you don't have the penality for having a weapon to absorb, while hunting of course

So i get 30+ xp each pulse around on the field, not bad huh?

I've never heard of any experience difference. Makes no difference if you kill with a sword, a spear, or your bare fist. 2x first aid I can understand so that you can skin better.

You gain more exp with an open right hand so if he is punching rats he is getting more exp per pulse absorbed than someone with a sword in the hand. It's not a huge difference but it adds up.

if i get 5 exp per minute more than you, it's 300 per hour, 2.4k per 8 hour, almost 5k per 16 hours... *2 if it's 10 per

I don't know for you, man, but a free 5k exp, I'd take it

since we can reallocate, I HIGLY suggest these until you're 10, when you get out of the ratacomb (or 11 if you want)

90 discipline, 90 intel, 90 logic, with brawling you get almost the same amount of xp hunting compared while resting (depending on the race too, halfing would have the same)

then you reallocate to your liking

Exp. until next lvl: 16147
pulse
Exp. until next lvl: 16115

and you get DAMN good pelts!

Hadn't thought of that way. A plan to consider. :)
