Apparently .cx is an Australian extension, and a complaint was filed to the Christmas Islands something-or-other (CIIA) and they suspended the website.

Haha - That shit was funny too, i remember when Methais first gave me the link and i started giving to a bunch of people, i think i made about 10-15 people hate me just for sending them to that link. the 14 truly was a sad sad day.
