Cm Training

I know pretty much everything about Cm manuvers but i have one question:

Combat Movement (cmovement), Rank 2 (CM points needed: 3)
Combat Focus (focus), Rank 1 (CM points needed: 2)
Quickstrike (qstrike), Rank 1 (CM points needed: 2)
Shield Bash (sbash), Rank 1 (CM points needed: 2)
Mighty Blow (mblow), Rank 1 (CM points needed: 2)
>cman learn cmove
You cannot spend more than 3 CMP on any one maneuver. You will need to train to a higher level first.

You can use your level + 1 CM points on one maneuver.
