Before we get started it's not in any racial way. I hate having to preface anything with that but you never know who you're going to offend now days.
It doesn't matter to me if it's white yellow black or pink.
If anyone has a lead on an authentic one drop me a pm or aim. I want one for my office to go with all my Pop's horse trainer pictures I've set up. Winner's circle photos and the like and I need several more items.

I want one I know is real. I know of a few locally but they're not selling and I'm no thief.

It says Real on the website. And lying on the internet never happens.

You mean something like this :)
I keep it in my garage just because some people would take it the wrong way. It belonged to my great grandmother, so it's somewhere around 100 years old or so.
The wires hanging off are because he's wired for a lantern.

My great-aunt has one... still in her yard... still wired/whatever to hold horses.
Yes, this is Fairfield. -.-;

Just chatting: When is the last time you saw a Mongolian jockey?
Mongolian jockeys are 7 year old kids. I went to the national races in Mongolia this summer and every horse had a 50 pound child on it. The best part was when they'd cross the finish line after a 20 km race, and a number of the horses would gallop in without riders...

I believe Mongolia is a horse-based culture.
Horse racing has for centuries been as much a part of Mongolian culture as Genghis Khan, nomadic ger tents and fermented mare's milk.

Holy hai wakarimasu, Toranaga sama.
Do they allow alcohol in Mongolia?
I can't imagine bearing witness to this without necessary inebriation. Fucking awesome.

Do they allow alcohol in Mongolia?
Alcohol is required in Mongolia. Just about every ceremony or custom involves passing around a bottle of vodka until it's finished, or drinking that disgusting fermented mare's milk. A bottle of vodka is a traditional gift when visiting someone's ger, but it's also tradition for the host to open that bottle right away so that everyone can drink it. As they say in the Mongolia countryside, "Happiness is found at the bottom of the bottle."

Dude, if you ever need a Mongolian drinking buddy, I'm right here.
There is nothing more special in this world than drinking fermented mare's milk in preparation to watch toddlers fall off of large animals in a race for peasant earnings.
That. Has got to be the greatest exhibition ever. Someone got it very right. Man. I wish I had alcohol-induced manic spending moods for lawn ornaments. 5 stars.
