I'm bored at work, and I remembered finding this thing years ago - we used it as a stress reliever during a study group for Organic Chem. Anyway 1500 questions, all checkboxes - make sure before you start that the "Submit" button loads at the end. All text and generally "scientific" terminology, so should be suitable for most environments, assuming there's not someone nosy over your shoulder. Probably been posted before for all I know, but... meh.

Yeah, had I not been at work on a scarily slow night/morning, I wouldn't have done it either - it's a semi-amusing way to kill some time.

As far as the total number not changing, the thing's been around since 1992 and I doubt they're still actively compiling data - so it's likely just what the sample size was whenever they stopped it.
