Looking for Formulas

Okay, to preface this request, I know I can probably find a lot of this in old posts, but it's a lot to sift through and I figure it might be easier for someone who still knows it by heart.

With that said, I'm just recently back and I need to get up to speed on formulas for planning my characters out.

Namely, the following are the specific formulas I'm looking for (Or their best estimations). If anybody knows any of 'em and could tell me, I'd appreciate the help.

1. Experience Absorbtion rate
2. Mind Experience Capacity
3. Runestaff defense formulas

I do not know what everyone else’s methods are for this game but I will tell you mine.

Basically, I am posting or responding to the thread below the one that I mean to respond to. In cases where I am responding I provide a quote which will link back to the original post and thread. In cases where I just comment I post in the thread directly below the thread I mean to comment in.

I have to say this method has produced some interesting results.
