It's definitely a lot. Nilandia's got over 180 ranks and she has ephlox through pothinir down almost to the minimum 3 seconds. I think she's at 4 right now.

My sunfister has 20 ranks and is three seconds on everything. Hehe.

Each herb has a base RT. Every 20 bonus in First Aid reduces the time by 1 second. So to get acantha down from its base 5 to the minimum 3, you would need 8 ranks of First Aid (40 bonus, 2 seconds off).
