I would have to say 18-22 really, depending on weight and material.

Probably more like 18 mil. Being a medium shield. Small or tower would be better it think. Don't know if there's a reason to have one of the in between sizes (large, medium). Also material is steel and a description thats not for everybody though thats easy to get changed.
