The heirloom can be identified by the initials BJ engraved upon it. Hunt down the creature and LOOT the item from its corpse.

Oh God...I used to have "a stained blue dress" that I found during the Lewinsky scandal. I had it lockered on an old character for years until earlier this year. Then I thought to myself, "I'll never have a use for this" and I trashed it. You just proved me wrong.
