Today I put a script on my rogue, it was guildxx. as soon as I clicked on 'okay' in stormfront my game froze. Figured it was just the game. So I closed the window then tried to get in game again, and i couldn't. I was able to log in as my other characters under the same account and get in game under my rogue with wizard but wasn't able to pull up scripts to try and delete guildx but it didn't show up, so i know its because of that script. I had talked to a GM about it and they told me to uninstall psinet and stormfront, then restart my computer and reinstall stormfront to see if it worked. but i uninstalled psinet and now everythings messed up. Please, I really really need some help. PM me here or aim lilpnut132. I'm begging here. I'm half attempted to just quit altogether or do a mass restart on my computer to put it in default....but i really don't want to loose everything.

doesnt psinet mess with an important registry key, or maybe just a simu ini file that is important for allowing wizard to load and connect? Psinet modifies it so that instead of starting just wizard, it loads psinet first, and then wizard or something? I cant remember, I dont fuck with psinet anymore, but uh, uninstall everything, reboot, regedit, search for simu in the registry, delete keys, reboot, then reinstall wizard maybe?

Wouldn't it just be easier to go to a system restore point? I'll admit I don't fuck around with this shit (psinet, scripts, etc), so i'm not sure if that'll help. But it sounds easier :D

First of all, I have no idea why a script would ruin SF, other that the lame freeze out but that happends to all of us.

You perhaps didn't uninstall psinet right. You can go in your C drive, and find the psinet folder and delete it. Then uninstall SF (again).

I would do what diethx said, much easier. Go into start, accessories, system tools, then system restore.

Running psinet plus a big script on a slow computer could freeze SF, since SF is a resource hog.
