The deep ebon of the mithril is contrasted by bright golden sigils scribed in spiralling patterns over the surface of the armband. In the center, one of the scribed spirals surrounds a bright golden heliodor in the shape of the split-pupil eye of Fash'lo'nae. "You're no enigma" has been engraved at the bottom in golden inlay, each letter capped flamboyantly as though wrought with stylized flame.

Nope I bought it in the gemshop in Illistim. I generally buy the higher valued magic items from the magic shelf in the room south within the gemshop. It happened to be there.
