An ash grey mithril claidhmore. +8 bonus (-2 AS overall), but it has the higher DF and AvD of a twohanded sword. Also this is much easier to aim than the newstyle claids.

Looking for a good shield, double leathers, a combination of both, or a combination of either with silvers, if the item(s) is not of equal value. Alter or appearance doesn't matter at all.

>After a careful inspection you determine that an ash grey mithril claidhmore requires skill in twohanded weapons to use effectively. It appears to be a modified twohanded sword.

You swing a twohanded sword at a rolton!
AS: +397 vs DS: +58 with AvD: +41 + d100 roll: +48 = +428
... and hit for 265 points of damage!
Incredible smash to what used to be a stomach!
The rolton collapses to the ground, emits a final bleat, and dies.

AS: +395 vs DS: +48 with AvD: +41 + d100 roll: +85 = +473
... and hit for 253 points of damage!
Crushing blow to head closes that eye for good.
