5-6x Runestaff....

About to make my runestaff 5x maybe 6x. just wondering what the sell value you guys think it would go for is.

I sold a 5x platinum-whatever orase runestaff for 750,000 fairly easily in Ta'Illistim.

Seen them on and off on the official boards for minimums of 1 million and buyouts of 3 million but never seen anyone bite. This was BEFORE the news of the runestaff converter.

6x runestaves have been traded for with about 8 million silvers worth of items in normal market value. I highly doubt anyone is crazy enough to pay that but I don't know why trading four 6x shields would look any more or less tempting.

I have a feeling people don't like orase much so if thats what your bringing up, it may hurt the price.

Personally i cant stand the orase, its too common. No real reason other than that. Im enchanting one the twisted black ones up to 5x though.

The thing with that is there's a slew more pures that can use runestaves than wizards that can support major projects. It takes about a month to enchant from 4x to 5x. Your probably more in danger from overflooding through the weapon/shield converter than the enchanters at this point.

Yeah, sell early. Idiots will pay high for a crappy enchant, plus with the entire item trade fiasco, they are the latest hot property. This will of course be until the major projects are finished and the market is satuarated with 6 and 7 enchant runestaves.

Saturated in comparison to how it is now. Basically enough to reduce the price of 7x and all enchants below to something more reasonable.

If you are planning on selling equipment(sword/shield) wait till a few days before the next conversion. I remember the day of the first conversion people were buying anything 5x+.
