Newstyle: bastard sword has its own base

I dunno, but it was a LONG time ago. Bastard sword has been a base of it's own for quite some time. Definitely before GS4, but I don't know how far back. I know old style was still the norm until the late 90's.

No. They inspect as all sorts of wierd stuff. I have one that inspects as a modified falchion. But when you swing it and calculate the DF and look at the AvD, you can tell its a greatsword or broadsword.

The old ones are odd animals.
