Portous is who you need. He'll get the rods/anklets and imbed them cheaply and promply. Haven't been around lately so I'm assuming he is still active. he has his own little niche at GSauctions (http://www.gsauctions.com/portous.asp).

i keep a variety of haste imbeds in my shop.

its not always rods. sometimes is anklets, bracelets and amulets. or a mix of all.

im working on some rods right now though. should be in my shop sometime today.

rods are activated by raise and have an average or 13-15 charges.
anklets, amulets and bracelets are activated by rub and have 10 charges.
