Siege wizard and sorc, lizard

Yes, two completely unrelated things..

A siege mini wizard and sorcerer are needed to complete a set.

Also, I'm interested in one of the wearable lizards. I've heard conflicting things though; one person said that they are attuned to a specific person but someone else told me that they can be unattuned (that a word?) for resale..

Any info would be appreciated!

Lizards are attuned to whoever first obtained it. They can not be unattuned.
