PSInet Atlas & RoomData merge

Check it out. I have imported all of PSInet's Atlas data into RoomData, so, when you hover over a room, if known, it will display the AtlasID for that room. Meaning you can then just use GOTO.

It was far superior before.... climate & terrain data, guessing engine, etc. But thanks. Besides, thanks to all the good people adding shit (and especially mys ystem for book owners, and the book owners who used it), it has like 5x more herb locations marked.

by the way... there are still a few corners that need RANGER SENSE data... some spots on Teras around and past pyros basalt flats, a few areas of the lysierian hills, and a big chunk of OTF.
