I guess it's the nice thing to do to return the shit but I don't agree with it.

You risk your gear in OTF period. IMO it becomes loot for others if you don't have the balls to get it back.

I always used 4x generic gear and nothing special on hand while hunting in OTF just fine.

If I found it I would have sold it back to your ass with a stupid fee attached.

Heh.. Me personally, I always return all gear found in OTF, even if it is crap gear. And almost all that hunt there do the same. Those that don't find out rather quickly that the hunting ground just got a lot more dangerous.
