Why is this worth so much? Because it's a natural enchant? Meaning you can e-blade it? Does that affect DS on a runestaff?

Natural enchant means that's what the material holds. Vultite has a natural enchant of 4x. Also no, eblading doesn't give you runestaff DS. Runestaff nuts go crazy over the material..because that's the only thing that makes one stick different from another.
