Two thick metal rods are attached to the handle of the sledgehammer. They are angled so that they lie parallel to one another, against the length of the weapon. Tightly coiled steel springs are clearly visible beneath the rods. The springs appear to be in flawless condition. You also notice a small enchanter's mark.

I spoke with someone who had a short sword with perm flares, and he said his said pretty much the same. I could be wrong, I honestly have no idea.

Couldn't you find out if you had it sung to?

IT did get sung to, Archales sung to it and it didnt say anything about having a certain amount of charges, or decreasing when flared. So I dont know, im trying to clear it up.

Okay asked around and someone said that the perm mech flares are perfect or something, and these ones are just flawless. So I guess its temp.
