Allrighty then... found me a bard, and just for fun, it's got haste already imbedded in it. Here's the report:
As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the mithril alloy earcuff in your hand, and you learn something about it...
This is a small item, under a pound. In your best estimation, it's worth about 300,000 silvers. You can also tell that there is some type of metal in the structure of the mithril alloy earcuff.
This is a tappable item, which casts spells from the Elemental sphere. It has a few charges.
The mithril alloy earcuff contains the spell Haste, from the Major Elemental circle.
The earcuff resonates with your voice, indicating that it enhances its owner in the following ways:
It provides a bonus of 3 to Dodging Ranks.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 20 times.
It provides a bonus of 1 to Thrown Weapons Ranks.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 4 times.
The earcuff looks to have a lot of charges remaining.
You sense that the mithril alloy earcuff will crumble into dust after its last enhancive charge has been expended.
