building a warpuff.. help if ya want it

Now I know some folks out there would like to build a nice lil warpuff. I've been RP'ing and building me lil warpuff aka myself! for a long time. If you'd like help.. ask here.. and if you dont think its possible, you ken comment here too. I'll show ya wrong! muahahaha
