a crimson lacquered runestaff pierced by a heart-shaped foramen
As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the lacquered runestaff in your hand...
It has a bonus of +25 from a normal runestaff, and the way it vibrates in tune with your voice tells you that it requires skill in twohanded weapons to use effectively.

Found off a Ithzir seer.

A heart shaped cookie cutter in the middle of the runestaff. A perfect compliment to an empath's adornment !

In your skull around one of the cranial nerves, although I can't remember which. Now what do I win? Plz nothing GS related!!111
Win? The satisfaction of knowing you know something nobody else really cares about. Welcome to healthcare.
But if you tell me what's unique about the hyoid bone, I'll give you a... a...
Probably nothing.

Um, I didn't wiki it. I'm taking my second A&P class right now and on my way to becoming a nurse. So I actually knew those things ;)
Congrats!
<--- nursing student.
I forgot most of my A&P. Remember your cranial nerves, because one of your nursing professors is bound to get you on that when you're in the middle of flashing a light in some poor man's eyes.
(To the loyal bidders: Sorry. I'll stop with my bumping now. Unh. Hyoid bone. Couldn't resist.)

Yeah, right. I'll probably remember which name goes with which number, and I MIGHT remember which one is which if you show me the underside of a brain. But I know damn well I won't remember the function of any of them, except the real obvious ones anyway.
Know what normal is. Know what size needle you need for your injections. Besides that, everything is in a book. Don't bother.
3/4 - 5/8 for SubQ (fatty area) injections.
Bigger for intramuscular.
A monkey (or very gorgeous person) could do this.
No, but seriously. You're going to hardcore go into this and want to know everything. By the end of it, you're thinking, "That book is only $30 and I can keep it in my pocket."
(Alright. I know more than THAT)
But. There's a Super Secret Nursing Ethics code that says we must all pretend like we know everything. Otherwise, your patients won't trust you as much.
Anyone up for an injection?
