Its the thief helm it steals coins most ive pulled in a test was 2000 even, and least ive pulled is 94. It takes somewhere between 30 minutes to 3 hours to reset. It winks at people and you can rub it for a coin. The theft cannot be stopped and Ive been told it works even in a sanct, and also i've been told that it will steal even from noob lvl characters protected by ze federal law.

Same thing the weapons do, locates undead with tap? and shows you the nearest undead with rub? I might have the two verbs backwards.

It was a visor, actually if I remember it right. Owned it briefly back in the late 90s. Fun and amusing, but no real value to it when I can find undead quicker by running through the area.

one verb is everyone, one verb is one person, so you can kinda mix it up.

Winks at the person it steals from, every time. The times seems to be have been redued A LOT though.
