Newstyle black ora is not permacursed. One uncursed and it is just Ora. Can the new black ora be blessed? That would be amusing.

...What are you talking about? Was there some change that I wasn't aware of?

I'm assuming this is a boxfound/critterfound awl-pike, and all the black ora weapons that have dropped off of them that I know of have been permacursed.

No. True black ora is extremely scripted, and will return to a cursed state after a while. Newstyle is not, and does not.

Lesser black ora is the 5x Tsanah stuff.

Greater black ora would be the 6x Tsanah stuff with teleportation.

I just call the 2x blah stuff "Black Ora" and the lovely super-dooper "Black Ora" stuff as True Black Ora.

I think I may like Belnia's way though, I will allow Black Ora to be called as such from this day. So shall it be noted, so shall it be done :)
