Im pretty sure I cant target giantmen - how about humans/elves?

apparantly not on humans and elves. So much for that skill. Any chance we get a bonus to lower to the ground skills?

now see to me a tiny little halfling kicking a giantmans legs out from under him is more rediculous than a halfling dangling 3 feet in the air holding a garrote around a giantmans neck.
