Buyer beware of this seller!

On June 26 of this year I purchased, from this seller, several scrolls. One of which was to include an unlocked and charged 318/308 combo for 1 million silver. When I bid on this item I copied and pasted what the seller had offered for sale and posted that I will take this lot. (see following link: http://www.forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?t=33578)

About an hour after completing the transaction I took the scroll containing 318 to a sorcerer to see if it was fully charged and if any additional charges might be added to this scroll. I was told that this scroll was locked and only had ONE charge left. I also learned that many of the other scrolls were in a similar locked state.

I contacted this seller and requested a refund. This was his reply:

Just to let you know. The raise dead scroll is Locked and only has only one charge left before it's dead. many of the other scrolls are also in a condition that will not accept unlocking.

I will need a refund as soon as you get this PM.

Sorry about that not sure what happened there. I'll be around most of tomorrow.

He never tried to contact me the following day and he was sure not to turn on his AIM so I could try to make contact with him.

Few days later he asked for my AIM again so he could contact me regarding a refund. I provided my AIM yet again, even though I already had his and he was always shown as having been logged off.

After he made no attempt to contact me I sent him another PM requesting a refund or I would let everyone know how he conducted his business on this forum. He responded with the following:

I have given you my AIM screen name and ample time to contact me regarding the refund. If I don't hear anything back from you then I will have to let others know exactly how you do business on this forum.

Please let me know

I'm dealing with Simutronics, someone got my password and got my characters lockedout. I'm truly sorry, I'll try to gather the coins.

**UPDATE** 7/10/2008

Littlecake contacted me today and told me he would like to make it right. He contacted me in game and gave me a bank note:
