Was lookin forward to that Bounty thing and Animal Companion revamp. But they aren't on the list.

So to me, nuthing spectacular to look forward to unless they got some super dooper secret surprise for us.

Thats my thought on RSN so far. I'm not going by how far in November we are Im going by what is promised on the website.

It would take a great deal of effort to screw up a theme month as much as KATANA MONTH. On one hand it was terrible to witness that, on the other you'd think they'd learn about completely botching up and overhyping releases.

650 isn't coming out this month, Solli was coding it and he took a leave. Animal Companion revamp isn't coming this month either but Mestys is working on that, not sure the ETA of that.

What's 650 and what's the improvements to companion?

They took off Phase and Disease improvements and put Animate dead on the sorcerer list.


This bothers me because I explicitly remember hearing AD would NOT be part of RSN and would be separate.

I was looking forward to the changes to phase and disease, as I'm more of a necromancer than a demonologist.

However... Is any sorcerer but me getting sick of any new or decent spell becoming some hugeass component gathering thing we will rarely use?

Scroll infusion for example, is more hassle than its worth....

Seems the same way to minor summoning, and animate dead might be just as useless. (animal companions anyone?)

Wonder what will need to be done for major summoning or ensorcellment. Build a tower and find 10000 followers to usurp or something?


Oh.. bard 1008 change = a lower lvl version of 1030 thats single target if I recall hearing.

I have a feeling that 635 will raise a pretty big stink among rangers when it comes out (if targetted 609 is any indication).

Personally, I didn't care for the premise of 650 (Assume Aspect) for a 50th level spell slot, so I can't say that I'll miss it.

I don't have a problem with 630 (Animal Companion), but it really should have been a guild skill. That would free the slot up for a spell you might actually cast from time to time.

Then again, Rangers are actually in pretty good shape as a class. I don't expect many to reroll because 650 didn't come out this month.

Not sure what was supposed to be involved with the Animal Companion revamp, just heard that it was being worked on...lets face it, my bloody panther is just there for show. I dont let him hunt a lot for fear that he may hate me, he's slow to help...sometimes hes on the ball when Im stunned sometimes not., sometimes he runs away. Out in public all he does is snarl at people and look at me all hungurlike even though I fed him a herd of roltons.

Im not gonna die if they don't get revemped, but it was something that I was lookin forward to. As for 635 and 650...eh....no biggie.

Was lookin for the layered clothing system but its not on the list too. So where is the spectacular part of RSN?

I was actually going to use my fixskills to acquire 650. Guess I'll use it right before the new one for a fun experiment!
