So I've got the completed and approved alterer's scroll and the item to be altered - I do the whole WRITE ACCEPT jarga and my item disappears. About an hour later, I get that friendly whisper that my item is ready... so we do another write accept and poof!!! I have the same item I started with, nothing special, no scroll, and am down 600 points. I've since assisted.
