The only talk radio I listen to is NPR. I like NPR a lot, but am always open to alternatives. What does everyone else enjoy?

Howard Stern.

Howard Stern. Michael "Savage" to remind me just how fucked up some Republicans are (sorta like the PC in that).

I like the local community run radio station here, 88.1 KDHX, thought the programming on there varies from talk to new independent music to Native American tribal chants, so I guess its not entirely talk.

I also like to listen to a few of the local sports talk radio shows sometimes because the hosts and especially the people that call in are so fucking stupid that it is hilarious.

Howard Stern.

After getting Sirius Radio I no longer listen to regular radio.

Howard Stern kicks ass... but I haven't replaced my Sirius radio yet.. so currently it's Glen Beck and Bubba the Love Sponge.

Stern has really sucked for a while now, though I was never that much of a fan.

My Sirius wasn't working for a few weeks (I had an S50 and they decided to come out with a firmware update that bricked it), and I listened to nothing in my car. I'd rather listen to silence than regular radio.

And to BW, you just don't like Howard then because it's been bigger and better than ever I think. The lack of commercials really did it for me. I used to drive 25 minutes to work and never get to hear the show, it was just commercials the whole way. Fuck that. Now if commercials come on 100, I flip to 101 and hear what I missed.

Also, maybe it's just that I'm a married man under 30 without children but I can't fucking STAND censorship. It really chaps my ass. Nobody in my real life speaks without cursing, it seems odd that Television and Radio who enjoy commenting and telling stories on everyday life would leave out such a fundamental part of speech. I understand the reason, so don't get into a discussion with that. But for me, as long as the parent is sufficiently informed of the content of a show, and the equipment provided gives options to censor it itself, then why should I be made to put up with This (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQUdJ6FdUQ0)?

Oh and... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xf7frtuyF14&feature=related ... just for good measure.

npr, and the best of the best: tommy mishcke. Local guy here in minneapolis, you can catch him streaming on am1500.com from 12-2 weekdays. Superior humor, avoids politics, "classic" radio- theatre of the mind kind of stuff.

No Coast to Coast AM fans? I miss the days of Art Bell and George kinda sucks but the guests rock and the ghost stories are just freaky when they have em.

I keep emergency CDs in my car for when my Sirius goes out or I'm going through a tunnel. I can't listen to standard radio anymore either. I don't like howard though.

Oh, I occasionally tune into Michael Savage if I need a laugh. That guy's insane - reminds me of a right wing Backlash.

And I cant stand Stern. He simply grates on every last nerve - not to mention I think he's an idiot. A rich idiot, but an idiot none the less.

**I used to listen to Jim Rome way back when. He got old after he ran out of new things to say, so I kicked him to the analog curb.

Elliot is awful :(

I listen to Howard when I drive, and Ferrall, too, for the sports. he has an interesting perspective. I need to get a Stiletto so I can walk with Sirius. Sometimes I listen to the Cosmo channel, but they're mostly retarded. There's also an Aussie guy on Faction who can be pretty funny.

Same. I listen to The Ticket whenever I'm home or driving around for work in S. Florida. I lose it when I go north and west Florida and then its IPOD time.

I actually drive by the station every day on the way to my shop. It's over on 441 south of Ives Dairy/Honey Hill/199th. It's pretty damn funny when they decide to go raid the McDonalds across the street or when they decide they want to go mess with Mandich who's also right around there. The fake ass parade I went to with them down on 441 was awesomely funny.

I didnt realize it was over there. I couldn't sit in the traffic down that way at nights without them. Its laugh out loud funny everday. LeBatard also has some great views on just about everything as well.

See I don't think LeBatard is all that great on PTI, but he might do a lot better with local sports.

Well, it's more of a he doesn't cover sports, sports show...

It's just stupid....stupid radio. Funny shit. Come football season Frank Caliendo probably will be back on a daily basis along with his voices arguing with Dan.
