I'm considering buying property in the Florida area. I've got two within my price range that I absolutely adore but can't for the life of me make up my mind on. I need your opinion, which would you choose?

Unfortunately, I can't buy both. Although, I would love to. Both are located in the same area and both have all the amenities I like. Just can't figure out which one is just right! Whats your thoughts?

P.S. Note the significant price difference when deciding, the second one is a bit of a stretch on my current budget.
