How many ranks is it for brig for the min spell hinderence?

Cleric circle base hindrance is 7%, so 140 skill/40 ranks, iirc.

I think because of the rounding you can get by with 35 ranks on a cleric.

For a cleric, it is 35 ranks.

From the officials:

>The amount of skill required to train off the excess armor hindrance is ((20 * Hindrance) - 10).<

Hindrance in this case is 7, so the formula becomes:

((20*7)-10)=130 skill, or 35 ranks
