Someone had mentioned this game a couple of weeks ago on PsiNet and got me thoroughly hooked after only an hour of playing. Anyone else suffer a seriously fate?

I'm on the speed server and am about two days from founding my second village with an 800/800/700/900 primary. Anyone else actively playing?

On usx, I'm halfway through developing my second village.

Yea, started a bit late last round. Was still able to stall the primary CT (Rao's) WW enough with my ~150k wheat army for IMP to win. Teamed up with some friends this round and we're doing far better.

Best hit though was SQPR's ww ~94-0 in one hit.

Was under the impression that IMP was being blasted by TDK. Any truth to this?

IMP won last round because we (TKM, now TBD) chose them after GWC failed hard even with 24 hours notice to move plans. We destroyed everyone else's WWs.

The current IMP is just a handful of scrubs from last round who took the name. Analyzer shows them getting blown up pretty bad, but I've seen worse. The problem with winning the game is 90% of the people think they're immune the next round, so they don't plan proper localized anvil systems.

It's stupidly easy to defend. That's how I had fun last round. Two friends and I had a third, useless friend. We had him piss off a huge META alliance (1k person capacity in 20 wings or something). They organized all their (crap) armies against his town. We stacked defense, and killed hundreds of thousands of their troops. So if IMP is getting destroyed this early in the game, it's a testament to how terrible they are at organization/planning.

Ah, I see TBD all over the place around me and have thus far resisted the urge to loot what appears to be ripe farms.

Can't wait to see how things tear up as the server ages, I just got my fire catapults.

Wow, this game is pretty fun, I set up a Village on USX too.

Kind of a scary point to be starting up on the USX, lots of really big villages with some predatory folks.
