Does anyone know what this means? The shield sang as 4x, and this enhancive message:

Nevermind it's 4x and temporary +4 TD. Waiting on an assist to find out why it didn't show up on the messaging.

Is there any possible way that the/your bard missed the actual enhancive check, or it is enhanced in some way that isn't described in loresong, yet the wearing off of its effects would be?

Take a look at your god damn avatar and post the description of the shield.

I'll sing to it if you want. If it's a "wooden shield", then yes, the enchantment being 4x is what's temporary. If it's a 'vultite shield', then whoever the hell you had sing to it didn't paste you everything.

But with the messaging, it's temp +TD for X amount of casts at you. Once it's gone, peas.

But what's cool is if you don't get hit with TD spells (I assume only TD spells degrade the shield), it'd pretty much stay around for quite a long time.

A great shield for someone that's close to the cusp of warding off most attacks.

When I'm hunting the temple, most things in there need a 95+ endroll to ward me.

I think that would be considered at the cusp.
