Polearm Rebalancing Flares

I'm looking for some info on polearm rebalancing flares.

Specifically, the RT generated by the "sweep flare" as well as number of shots of the flares itself. Additionally, does having more ranks in MOC increase the frequency for the initial crush flare?

Any info would be grand.

I was talking to a friend earlier today and he pasted me this clip:

... and hit for 215 points of damage!
Blow cracks a rib and punctures a lung.
Breathing becomes a challenge.

From what I understand...(and I may be way confused, because he said this info is up on Krakiipedia but I can't find it)

The chance to activate the feinting flare is 20%. MOC does not influence the flare, it flares like a normal flare.

If you have 50 ranks of MOC and the flare activates, you have a 33% chance of also doing the tripping maneuver.

If you have 100 ranks of MOC and the flare activates, you have a 66% chance of also doing the tripping maneuver.
