Str/THW/Dex Claidhmore

Sorry, I know it's another claidhmore topic :) but what would a claid with +5 to str/thw/dex run for currently with the market the way it is?

the bonus of +10 is nice especially combined with the dex but the fact that its not a magic blade hurts it. still i'd put the MB at 3m and itd go much higher i believe
