Somersby says, "Ok get this, its normal, but adds bonus of 10 to dex, 4 to harness power, and 3 to spell aiming.

What might this be worth?

I'd argue a non-caster would too, thats a fucking ton of dex...

The other ranks are great for spell-burst.

Except not, because dex doesn't add to DS. That's agility. However..this would definitely help with roundtime issues some races have.
