Sunfist Outpost Locations

I did a recent search on the forums and couldn't come up with anything, so I guess I'll make a post and ask.

As some of you may know, Rank 5 is the task given to you where you must visit quite a few towns and their outposts, and ask the Superintendents about the Grimswarm. My problem is, I'm having a hard time finding all of the outposts.

Does anyone have a link that lists the area/locations of all outposts?

Solhaven, River's Rest, Icemule etc etc..If not, could one point me in the right direction to at least those 3 listed, thanks!

Just joined GoS over in Shattered and am approaching rank 5. Plan on just using ;go2 to guide me. Might be a dumb question, but for someone who hasn't visited many of the newer towns, what's the best order to visit each town in? Does it matter?

Well if you have the coin to chronomage go to Zul, T'I, T'V then BAMF to RR via chrono, Solhaven, WL, Ice, back to Zul.

Thanks. So you have to go to Zul to begin to get the assignment and then again at the end for the promotion?

I actually have my free travel guide token - anyone know if I can use that to travel from Ta'Vaalor to RR or is this thing useless?

I'm lazy, so I'll probably do chronomage from TV like you're suggesting. Assuming it's 100k for the trip, but time is money...

You can travel from Vaalor to Solhaven with the travel token, then you'd just need to buy a ticket for the cutter.
