It's not? There's nothing in regular, italic or any other print that says it's not but thanks anyways. He posted items and said start making offers. So either offer a higher amount or move along thx.

Just because you're making offers doesn't mean he'll take it. Of course, it never hurts either.

He's taking offers. If he sees one he likes he'll more than likely contact you, telling you so. If not, just assume he didn't.

As for a price, more than likely he would have set one if he was set on one.

Also, update to the arm greaves, apparently they are spiked, will test further to see if they are reactive or whatnot.
