ive been in vaalor for a while now and that bridal shop is never open. i dont get what its there for, has it ever been open?

It's never been open. Someone brought it up recently on the officials, since we just got a new co-guru, so maybe something will happen.

Isn't there another shop in Vaalor that is closed as well but displaying a "coming soon" sign or something like that? I haven't been to Vaalor in years.

There's a shop space that has a sign saying it's For Rent that I can recall off-hand. Helgreth's Tavern used to be closed with a sign that he'd gone fishing, but it's been opened.
