Looking to trade my level 43 paladin for a relatively similar (a little younger is okay, mid-high 30's is fine) level ranger. Paladin is a voln master. He does NOT have a fixskill, but has excellent stats and is trained well for a polearmer. Paladin is pretty unknown, has a proper, in-genre name, no ongoing conflicts, etc. Paladin comes with a 4x bonded lance, 4x metal breastplate, a few basics (backpack, cloak) and otherwise naked.

Just some advice, you'll probably have to include some coins/cash if you're trading for like level.

Paladins aren't that popular for some reason.

I think it's because paladins have no real role as a helper class, and people usually buy pocket wizards and whatnot. If you're playing a paladin, you're playing it because it has a big AS and smooshes things.
