Wanting a backpack for a relative, pack, something like a pack, back worn, instead of a cloak, must hold 100 pounds or more, needs to weigh 4 pounds or less. Of course the more and the lighter the better, but I do have a budget. Appearance isn't important though a nice ranger theme would be cool. Let me know what you have and would be asking.

You carefully inspect your samite pack.

You estimate that a plain samite pack can store a very large amount with enough space for any number of items.

You determine that you could wear the pack on your back. The pack appears to serve some purpose.
Roundtime: 5 sec.
sR>wei pack
You carefully examine the samite pack and determine that the weight is about 6 pounds.
Roundtime: 5 sec.

I bet if you weigh it enough times you'll get 4 eventually.

Actually things that weigh 4 lbs will always weigh 4 lbs. What you read as the weight of something can only vary up to a maximum of 10 percent of the actual weight rounded to the nearest whole number. So items weighing 4 lbs or less will always show their true weight.

ivory-inlaid drawstring rucksacks off the last Spitfire
Weigh 3, hold 100.

I've got at least 2 dozen sitting in a locker somewhere. Awesome containers.

5 pounds or less, from my experience.

it's been over 4 months on this backpack. Are they really that rare? Or is Rocktar just super picky?

Yes and yes. It seems backpacks that hold 100+ pounds and weigh 4 pounds or less are very rare, despite the fact that you can buy cloaks out the wazoo that fit that description. There has been one that has come up in those 4 months that I know and it went for a buyout. The last bid I saw on it was 1.5 mil. I don't remember what the buyout was.

The rogue guild packs would be fine, except they don't hold enough. I want to replace a cloak on a ranger with a backpack of the same stats or better. I don't want to downgrade and it seems that with the new rules on container weights, that what I want is pretty hard to find.

Your tenacity does not seem to be yielding results...

Hell, I'd just go buy two 1lb LA containers and call it a day.
