Dear, Former GM




Well, theres been quite a few GMs who have left Simu in recent times. Many of them in very high positions (one only second in command over the entire game). So, then heres the big question.

By the time you left Simu, how far were Monks in progress?

Will Monks come out by the Summer of this year in your best estimate?

Anything else we have to look forward to?

I am sure they do. Every tech company I have ever worked for from Dell to stuff in the online game industry have had an NDA. I see no reason why Simutronics would be any different. When I took a job at Dell back in 01, I had to sign away my life in agreement that some secrets will go with me to the grave.

I'm a former GM. I'm totally still in the loop too. And yes, yes...monks will be out very, very soon. You can commence holding your breath...NOW.

Also being released at the same time is another new class: Nuns. It is a gender specific class though, sorry. I understand that Simu is playing with the idea of making them flying nuns which will totally rock. It's one of the reasons I recently started playing again.

The NDA only covers information concerning proprietary knowledge, such as game systems. So, no, I didn't break NDA, and I have no plans to.
