Where do I find this number(if it's even possible?). I see this on the event calendar & makes me wonder how to tell ahead of time or just cross your fingers & wait for the big fuck off if you win & are above a 10 on mysterious 'padding scale'.
OOC Note: The service is to add one enchant (+5) to torso armor. No armor with TD enhancements may be enchanted. No armor that is already critically padded or padded for damage to a heavy degree may be enchanted. Armor more than a 10 on the padding scale may not be enchanted.
